Extreme is considerably stiffer than the Raptor pro. If chop and comfort are a concern you may want to test drive first..

Lieuwe Shotgun carbonara, is great
Won't this be too stiff in choppy conditions compared to the regular shotgun?

For me the carbonara is perfect. I can ride it all day without knee pain. Regular Shotgun is too soft for me.

The regular Shotgun is a pretty stiff board! Get's away with it because of the channels but surprised to hear it described as soft!

Great pop, lightweight, and a very comfy ride. I use it mainly for big air and freeride

The Shotgun is not soft, just feels smooth because of the highly effective channelling. Always has grip.

Core Fusion 5. For your weight and wind either the 139 or 141; I would go with the 141.
The double-concave bottom really smooths out the chop.
Here's my review of it:

The Anton FreeK is nice everyday board. Loved the Crazyfly Raptor and the Spleene Rip,too. I mostly ride Freeride and BigAir in choppy conditions.
