My 21m ultralight foil kite has me riding on a small twin tip and jumping when the riders with lightwind strutless inflatables and foilboards are having trouble. Big ultralight foil kites are still the best lightwind option of any kite. They do take a different set of skills to fly though.

I would agree with Kitejumping 100%
Before my one and only foil kite I was never interested to ride under 15kn.
Since I got the Soul 10m I start riding when the clock passes 10kn. In the summer season we get 50/50 light to strong conditions. And in the lightest of winds for twintips i'm the first one riding together with another guy on the 15m Soul. Jumps, hangtime, it's all there like its 20kn.
Foil kites changed the lightwind game. Especially on a twintip.
Before my one and only foil kite I was never interested to ride under 15kn.
