About 92 kilo's without wetsuit and such.
I ride 8m edge, 9 enduro and 11 edge.
I like to ride powered and use my edge 11 usually up to like 25kn, then take 9m enduro up to 32something and then take the 8m edge. Depanding on what style i want to ride. I am not talking about gusts.
I think i could ride the 8m from way less like 25kn or probably even less but that wouldnt be fun for me.
Max i did ride is like 40something with gusts up to around lower 50knots.

If you want more range without trimming a kite get a bar with a longer throw.
My bar can go up to 120cm, problem solved.

wow you must have super long arms to be able to use it all.

On a more serious note the question has many aspects and forget about not using trim.
Why would you not use the trim? Its there for a reason. I'd rather use some trim to get a well behaved kite then have a kite without trim that behaves worse.
Also what you consider usable wind range can highly depend on user skill, weight, application, taste and acceptance of annoying behavior like flutter or even deforming.

To add more to the practical examples:
On a hydrofoil board with a bar with plenty bar throw I can probably make most kites work in near double the windrange of what most people would be able to do on a twintip.
Doesn't mean it would be a great experience though.

It is part length (I am 192cm tall) but also how its connected.
I have a seat harness with a small surf loop extremely close to the body.
The stopperball is currently at 80 cm which I can reach comfortably in any situation and for foiling I would not want a bar with anything less then 90cm of bar throw.
When the kite is at 12 I can reach close to the full 120cm of travel but with the kite at 9 its more like 80-85cm (without going into poo-stance which would increase it).
For twintip big amount of bar throw is a bit less relevant.

Haven't tested all the LEIs on earth but what I have, I would say ozone edge does the widest windrange of all.
I'm 85 kg, and can use 11m v11 from 6.5 m/s to 15 m/s (without touching depower).
