Restaurants: 5-150m
Best ice in town: 60m
Kite repair: 50m
Board repair: 80m
Kiteshops: 90m
Beach: 150m
Best ocean spot for me: 170m
Beach restaurants: 150m
First aid: 50m
Massage: 80-200m
Nightlife: 150m
Airport: 45min
Closest hospital: 25min
Private hospital: 50min
Big city nightlife, restaurants, cinema, shopping, doctors: 35min
Uber: available (40-60 Reais to Fortaleza (incl airport)
Local bus: free
Flat water lagoon 1: 7km (free bus or Uber)
Flat water lagoon 2: 10km (downwinder or car)
Waves (0,5-1,5m): 5km (free bus or Uber), or downwind 4km
Best wave spot: 45min: Paracuru or Taiba
Hundreds of amazing places reachable by car. Plus plane for a huge country...Rio...Natal...etc

Plus: water 29°C, air 28-32°C. year round
If you foil, 95% daily wind 10+ knots. 80% 15+knots

50k USD 2 bedroom apartment. 200k high end apartment at the water.

Plus, if you come as single...you won't be for a long time ;-) The best place I have ever been to being single...

And including a very nice kite surfing community from around the world!

Is the internet good enough for remote working?

Huh? We've had 1Gbit for ages, and there's a lot of providers offering 10x that... I'm too lazy to swap.

Most restaurants will be fine. Everything more local no chance…
You need to learn basics for sure if you plan to live there.

Hi! Not sure how actual your request is but I have land at a top kite surfing spot in Brazil. It’s in Preá, many expats are there and basically all year there is wonderful weather. Also, the World Cup was organised there in 2019, it’s relaxed and really safe. Perhaps you’ll give it a glimpse - also, my ownership has gone through federal government. But enough advertising;) the best is to get to know the place and see how you like it, stay there for a while. Later you can get back to me:)
