Nice :thumb:

I thought the header was a typo, as I would have written:

Winter foiling in Iceland, pretty determined :D

That's truly desperate, but superb riding and filming, congrats. Like a narwhal with a little open patch of water amid the ice. When I was younger I would windsurf in open patches amid the ice on our local lake, but I'm too large for my old O'Neill drysuit now and would not trust it anyway. Now I either escape to Cape Town or break out the iceboat.

To all fello kiters who live in cold…icy winter countries…
CONGRATULATIONS
I myself when young…could barely bare some 10 to 15 degrees celcius windsurfing…imagine ice…
Now…the weight of the thick full wetsuit plus cold just short-cirquit my batteries…
I cant even get inside those neck entries suits in the cold…my joints freeze.
When you start approaching 60…all you want to do is follow the ducks…fly to an endless summer windy destination.

I am the same age, and have found the older you get, the more hardcore you get - meaning you can cope better with colder conditions, and your body are more refined in terms of body control, and you CAN (and want to) handle more extreme conditions :thumb:
