Yes it is
I use Apex bindings on my 2019 Jaime Textreme (had Entity straps break at the plastic connector). Make sure the screws match the metal inserts for the Jaime rails (pretty sure Im using the Naish screws not the ones that orig came with my Entity bindings). The Entity straps come with different screws depending in whether you use a board with rail inserts or screw inserts.

Red,
The 2022 Jaime has the same track mounting system that the previous Jamie's had. This track system fits just about every binding on the market - even the Core / Carved bindings with 6.5" spacing.
I own the Duotone Spike Textreme and the Apex bindings, and they fit perfectly. The Jaime has the same track mounting as the Spike. You will be just fine with the Apex bindings on the Jaime.
