TT choice for less wind but always chop

Fair enough. If you have a Nomad C wave I imagine you’d find a Mako to be a disappointment!
In fairness light wind and chop is always going to be a pain. A light wind board will need a flat rocker which by rights makes it not the best in chop. Boards like the Mako and Nomad TT wave are very good in chop but I don’t think anyone would describe them as being the best in light winds. Mako in particular likes power.
Nomad light wind specific boards are definitely pricey. I wouldn’t have one if it wasn’t for it being a demo board that I got very cheap during Covid madness.

Difficult to make any real suggestions without knowing what kind of wind range you are talking about, kite type and size, and what you actually want to be able to do with it.

Core makes a lightwind TT in 2 sizes not too crazy but lowish rocker and less convex sidecut than normal. I have no experience with them but I make my own boards and that idea totally works as does the Litewave wing for real performance in LW.

is there any rough ratio for rocker/board length/width when considering a light wind board or boards in general?, i have a shinn bronq 150, it's super lightweight which i thought would help in lighter conditions, but has a big rocker, it's super smooth in normal wind but when it was very light i seemed to be struggling to go upwind on a 17m kite compared to my friend on 17 & 138, pretty sure i'd have done better on my old 144 spectrum (which is what the shinn was supposed to replace).

My small board is a Shinn Bronk Luigi 135, very light board, but for light wind a have a Duotone Jaime SLS 142 and I am very satisfied with it, I weigh 63kg or 140lbs.

Well , when I use my 13.5m RRD Passion mk9 with Shinn Monk Mental 135x42 and I can't plan any more because the wind drops, I take the F-one One 148x45 and I plan veeeeery easy BUT is heavy, nose dive easily, hard on legs when trying put press on back leg ...so I want something for less wind when I can't plan with Monk 135x42 (80kg +wetsuit+harness)
I think my problem is not a board 45 and over in width .I had tried 142x45 RRD and I felt I had the same problem, meaning couldn't put press on back leg and nose diving easily, that's why I'm thinking of buying 43 or 44 ?..in width and how much in length? for not divig, not heavy back leg

I have a f-one ONE 148x45 that I use in lighter wind. Definitely don’t love it and agree it is harder on my legs. It does plane a lot easier than my other board though.

My other board is a Nobile NHP split 138x43 and I love it when very powered but it is a boat anchor in medium to low wind. Feels very heavy in the hand.

I’ve ridden the convex litewave wing and it is defiantly great for light wind and chop but I find it pits spray directly in my face constantly (6’2”) and it has no toe side fins…and I like messing around with toe side.

I’m really not satisfied with my boards as I have to constantly put both on the beach and often have to abandon the NHP in favor of the F-one as the wind slows.
