Best shallow water kitespots in Europe?

I am looking for some shallow water (knee deep to waist deep) kitespots in Europe. Preferably in west Europe. Who can help me out?

Punta Trettu is pretty shallow for the most part.

- Le pont Levis - Etang de Thau in Setes
- Port Saint Louis du Rhône (inside the Bay)
And probably many more that I don't know.

Punta Trettu indeed! Best spot is Zena Kiteschool's private beach, just 2 km away from Punta Trettu (same lagoon, but private spot, so no chaos). You can eventually park there with your camper overnight, otherwise they can suggest you quite a nice number of accommodations to choose from! I had the best stay (wind guaranteed all summer long)
