At five liters volume , a nicely shaped piece, or pieces, of wood could work just fine, and if you picked the right kind of wood there would be no need for fiber reinforcement and probably it could be very competitive in terms of strength and stiffness.
Still, it's a lot of work to do it right, and nice wood is not cheap, and $439 USD seems like a fair price for one ready to go.
If you wanted to pay me to make a wood board, I would charge more than that....

What's the maximum foil weight for this board to keep floating?
I've tried to find this information on Naish's site but couldn't find...

I imagine 5 kg would just about sink it,
So Slingshot H1 might be a bit dicy.
Then again, the deck pad has _some_ bouyancy, and probably is not included in the advertised 5 liters volume....

Some time ago I wrote about my board sinking and disapering. For any aaluminum mast/fuselage I would bet it sinks the board. My lightest aluminum fuse is 640g and complete alum foil weight is 4 kilos. And aprox. 5l board sinks. Sometimes its floats like a tombstone. Depending on sea state I Just pput a kid float in the back strap. Similar to a gojoe.
Make sure you foil is a slow sinker or floatS. Volume of front wing is important too low volumen and sinks fast.
Iré never ridden a producción foils that floats like sab moses.

no carbon needed, just 120g plain glass.
1" tick or less. Simple. 2 hrs work.

I don’t think there is much to review to be honest.
It is an incredibly tiny board at 80 by 35 cm, you either know you are going to like it due to the dimensions or you probably should not even consider it.
I am a reasonable strapless foiler but I I think I would trip over myself on such a small board (being 190cm probably doesn’t help.
I now have a t35 (108cm by 45) and although shortening it a bit more might be ok the combination of both shorter with the reduced width makes the deck size is too much of a compromise for me personally.
Also anything around a meter and not to heavy is already super portable… I guess some people might want to fit their gear in a regular suitcase but that’s still going to be a struggle with a mast, wing and kite(s).
I think the main appeal is the low price and size. I am sure there is a market for it but I also think it is a very niche product. If you are not already familiar with both strapless and pocket boards I would guess it might be a step to small for most people.

In your post you said “I think” 4 times, also “might” and “I guess” followed by strong opinions… meaning you have no idea what you are talking about. I also ride a small board strapless also, But I am asking about a really small board 80cm and asking people with experience how it rides. Something you have no experience with… I’m confused by posts like this. No hard feelings.

I use the nobile pocket skim foil ( 90x46), before I used a slingshot dwarf craft before (108x46).
I needed some time to get used to it, especially the start was more tricky. But carving is so much fun when you have nothing in front of you besides the ocean, almost like flying
And the smallest input from my toes translates to action on the board. I don't regret going smaller
