I agree that you need to find a scam which isn’t for a product that is so high profile it will lead to that kind of attention. Still think there are better products than kitepumps. Anyway. Not a very interesting discussion. Just my silly reflection. Could be wrong.

So when do we call this a definite scam? How long do we accept delays? I read pledgers are already (successfully) getting their money back from creditcard companies. So if the company is legit they'll have to come up with a working pump publicly in short time otherwise they will loose more pledgers.

Nope, but if it fails I'm usually not far from a kite shop. I suppose if I'm ever not and can't kite due to a pump problem, maybe I'd consider bringing a spare.
