I demoed a 14.5 Flite Aluula 2022 a few days ago in very light wind probably close to that 10 to 13 knots a bit below that in the lulls. It is the best light wind kite that I have ever flown it's flawless it's quick for it's size and jumps really well in so little wind. The flite can probably jump that high in 13 knots but it's a light wind machine it's powerful and very responsive for a big kite.
Given the fact that the Rise is a big air kite designed to be able to handle very strong wind those kites typically don't have a lot of low-end power therefore I also find this claim hard to believe. Having said that the Aluula does make a better kite IMO it's stiffer lighter and more responsive also smoother in handling guts. If the price wasn't so crazy I would get one but I'm almost always foiling in this type of low wind anyway..

Just noticed something, when she's taking the reading the wind meter is in front of cameraman directly downwind so it's in a wind shadow. When moving away the reading shoots up. Clearly stronger wind than what shown.
Nice distraction though
