... North try to push their heritage here, for a sailor the code zero is the light wind sail for sailboat and they have made the "white sail" colour the only available... beyond what may be of interest to a kiter ...
... but the flutter... is maybe done to make people talk?!...

WEIGHTS OR GTFO
Hi Everyone.
I only have a 7m production kite here. It currently weighs about 1.8kg (My lines are still attached and there is a bit of sand in the kite in the picture). I think it was 1.75kg when it was new out of the bag.

Wow, a single skin foil kite that you can pump up for extra rigidity and better relaunch!

First shipment of these kites are supposed to land in the US market Friday Aug 12th. These will get rushed out to all top North dealers and there will no doubt be a flurry of review activity to follow. I've had a quiver of these 5/7/9/11m since April and have ridden them extensively. I'll do my best to monitor this thread and answer questions. I can post a short review of my experiences on the kite but I do work for North.

It won't be today but I'll find time to weigh them. Actually I sent my 9m away for a photo shoot so that's going to be difficult. I'll add weight of my 11m and 5m as soon as I can.

Its 30% heavier that a Hyperlink V3 7m but is very cool to see competition and development among the lighter weight inflatable kites.

They show as available on the NKB direct sales site in EU ; why wait for a dealer
Since when did North become direct !
Seems all of the Group have gone direct ( North Kites, Mystic and North Windsurf)

Yes, hard to beat the Hyperlink V3 in weight. but the Code Zero costs about €550 less and comes very close to the performance. For those looking for a Tube Kite with close to the windrange of the Hyperlink, then the Code Zero should be a good option to look into.
