I should have been more clear. The Ride Engine 3.2L Macro pump is clearly a rebranded version of the Bravo Sky/Water pump. So the RE pump is exactly what I was looking for. The pump you linked to is indeed similar, but I believe it is slightly shorter. Surprisingly, it looks to use a different mold for the top part. At any rate, it looks to me like the only functional difference between the RE 3.2 and the one you linked is the capacity/height. The RE is 3.2L per single stroke, the linked one looks to be 2.4L I think I saw. I prefer the taller height of the RE version. If I was pumping big kites most of the time I'd be tempted to try the huge Aeolian, but since 90% of the time I use a 5m or smaller kite it simply isn't worth the price difference.

Would be cool to have a comparison in size between a regular pump and that Hilo pump (I see Shinn is the same just different branding)? Do they fit on the side of the bag as a regular pump? How much more weight when travelling? Is that “three” pump system failing with time?
I’m holding out for Cor myself - so far - but certainly interesting with those Hilo versions if Cor ends up being nothing.

I used the Hilo now for about 30 sessions.
So far so good. I only use the full power mode, need about 60 strokes for an 18.
Switching to less power mode is easy, but again, barely use it.

60 stroke seams a lot also for a 18m...
I have had a 17m Zephyr V5 same probably with a normal pump I was around this number, maybe I'm wrong at this point

Here 2.9L pump = 5.8 in double action (full power mode)
17m 5 struts
In full power 45 strokes
In half power 24 ( moves 2.9 of air )
So total 57
PSI 7

Can’t believe the difference. If you come to Brazil let’s pump together

... The Ride Engine 3.2L Macro pump ...
Nak - is the pump's cylinder made from a section of extruded tube or made by injection molding ( will have mold parting lines on the outside of the cylinder ) ?

Not that much difference
Look
You pump 60 strokes in full mode moving 6.4L of air each time = 384L to fill your kite
I pump 45 strokes in full mode moving 5.8L of air each time = 261L
+
I pump 24 strokes in half mode moving 2.9L of air each time = 69.6L
Grand total = 330.6L to fill my kite 5 struts and 17
You did it with less strokes.. yes
60 vs 69
You moved more air ...yes
Let's say I was to pump my 17 all in full mode/ double action with your pump it would take less than 52 strokes
330.6 ÷ 6.4L = 51.6
Ha ha good thing my lines are always on
Time saver if we were to compete to see who gets in the water first
