hey there!
almost probably the new Enduro V4 will have the continuous curve leading edge (already on the Alpha V2)
someone know more about other aspects?

No idea bit Ozone tend to adapt whatever they come up with to other kites. When is the V4 due?

Quick google search and I found this.
LE seems to be a smooth arc like the Alpha v2.

It Is, continuous curve leading edge and traverse sail shaping on the new Enduro V4!

I tried the new enduro last week quite nice. I'm not sure what that continous curve does I suspect it reduces drag.
