Woo doesn’t record jumps where you are in the air for a long time. I think it doesn’t register anything over 14 seconds. I have some large jumps on foil kits that didn’t record because the hang-time was so long. More than 1 Woo on the board is a good idea for missed jumps.
Then they need to tighten it up as there are plenty of sessions with 150kmh recorded on land or water which are clearly either road miles, or data spikes yet they still are given a ranking

I know, I am working with Woo support on this. It seems they are not really knowing what they are doing, at least support...
We implemented a reset button command. To reset the device, press and hold the button for 10s until the WOO LED will turn solid red. Then, release the button, it will turn to a bright purple and go through a roughly 2min reset cycle. The reset cycle restarts the CPU and deletes all stored jumps on the WOO. This is intended to be used for troubleshooting purposes only, please reach out to support@woosports.com first.
I was riding with Woo and Surfr enabled.
Got 15 seconds hangtime, my wife was filming.
Woo didn't record, Surfr did, guess Woo didn't register because of the hangtime. (>13 seconds)
Surfr registers ~10% less jumps in each session compared with Woo.
its a well known fact that woo filters out long jumps...
The problem with those gizmos is that errors in inertial sensor measurements are accumulated over time.. so after 10-13 seconds the error becomes too big for any meaninful results..
like in above video, the 15second jump does not look like a 10m one, regardles of what surfr say..
proper way for both products would be to display the 15 second jump but flag the height measurement as unreliable..
The time can be measured pretty accurately based on "noise" patterns at take off and landing.. I think it's an achivement on it's own to get over 10-13 second hangtime regardless of the height..
My woo stops recording jumps altogether at some point in the session. I have a garmin watch. Sometimes the jumps record onto the woo, without showing at all on the watch. Sometimes it does not record at all. Meaning that I usually have to turn the unit and the app off and on during the session, so that the session does not get recorded as one.
Was there a thread on here where we could offer Woo feature suggestions? I'd like to suggest they make changing mode a phone driven option only. Lost an entire session after putting my board down on my kite at the end of a session. There was enough pressure to push and hold the button in. Changed into freestyle mode and the session didn't save at all. Went out for another session afterwards and noticed I was in the wrong mode. Changed back to big air and thought nothing of it until all my highest jumps seemed to have dissappeared.
No biggie as I could see the jumps during the session on my watch but took me a while to work out where all the highest jumps had gone ( I started with double digit jumps and got higher from there so when the highest of the day was single digits I couldn't work out what had happened).
