How long does it take to send kite surfing equipment from Europe to China

I bought a two-way board on your love it website. It has been 12 days since it was delivered and still hasn't been received. It shows that it is always on the way. It is too slow to transfer DHL to China Post

If you bought on you love it it may take months to receive…very bad reputation.

Just send them emails and/or a Whatsapp message, It may take some time, but they will answer you. My order took 2.5 months to arrive(5 items) every 2-3 weeks one item arrived, you love it had to order the items themselves, the moment they received my goods I got them delivered in 2 days (I'm from EU).
Their reputation isn't that good, because of their poor communication, I still order there because prices are unbeatable and lot of the time you get an upgrade, just have to wait a bit.

It is rapidly changing now, but transportation capacity is also extremely short in many areas of the world now.

I have never ordered anything from Europe to China, but even before these last developments it would typically take 40 days +- for me to get stuff from China to Norway.

Many less reputable shops will show gear in stock when they actually don't have it, take your money then start looking around for some inventory. A few years back I got scammed this way from H2O sports in the UK and they kept lying to me (emails, phone calls etc.) until the kite finally showed up 2 months later.
Ask your credit card to refund the purchase then buy from somewhere else. I always had a great experience with kitemana in the Netherlands (customer service, info, shipping etc.) so they are my go-to now.
