Just back from a week in the Turks. Wind was 20 mph every day. Great fun.
Took a lesson with Hunter Viator from TCK kiteboarding on the Wing Foiling.
Great location to learn but also fun side trips to down winders, etc.
Great European foods. Grace Bay car rentals are a good joint.
The crime is between the local gangs.

Sounds like a great week.
How is water depth? How long a mast?
I'm interested in going for winging and kite foiling.

Depth isn’t as much of an issue w kite foil or winging a floater board but on a sinker it is a consideration. The closer to shore club/h20 you get the shallower the depth. If you access the beach toward Windhaven / Cest La Vie it’s deeper and you can foil pretty much all tides. I was on a -20 board and 85 cm mast and was fine at that end of the beach but I couldn’t come off foil at the other end during mid/low tide. Brought a 70cm mast and didn’t use it.

Random, but the outer reef on the Grace bay side could be a very good foil wave. There isn’t much wind over there but a tow in would work. Need to find the right channels and pull off at the right point because it breaks shallow, but as long as you pull off before the reef (which shouldnt be hard) it would be great. Soft and long shoulders. I’m going to figure out a way to get on it next time I’m there.
