The board size of Fone was 135-39 before, and it started to jump about 6m high. I'm worried whether the 133 board is too short
Which of the 133-40 and 135-39 boards has better width performance?

39 is really narrow. At 67kg I think the 133x40 should be fine and give you the best wind range. For the Jaime it is the smallest size anyway. You could probably also ride smaller boards, but I'm not sure if there would be any real benefit.
Don't worry too much about 2cm in the length. The most important is that the board size is designed for your weight. Of course it's best if you can try it, as the weight listed on the manufecturers' websites aren't always accurate and don't take riding style and wind range into account, but they usually give a good ballpark of which 1-2 board sizes could be relevant for you.
