Have no idea about shipping outside Europe, but call or write them, can't imagine are not shipping.
Don't know about poor or good papers outside EU, you have to wait for answers in here.
But yes it is a real shop both online (most used) and a physical shop in Flensburg
Used by many, haven't heard bad things, but no idea about warranty claims.
Fully legit not a scam

Very good shop. I purchased quite a few Naish Torch/Dash from them over the years, they posted to the UK. If outside the EU then ask them to deduct the VAT first.

Good for you checking them out and using caution - wish I had done that on a non-kiting purchase I made recently on a fake site. Luckily, my credit card company reversed the charge and I cancelled the card as a precaution. Some of the warning signs - not an authorized dealer after calling the manufacturer, unanswered emails and the finally some responses they would reverse the charge and didn’t, and a customer service number that went to an unrelated private individual who said they were getting a lot of calls on a fake web site.

no problems at all
always good contact, but no experience with shipping to USA..but write them an email and they will respond you and tell you how to proceed etc..prices will be in Euro where the difference $ versus € will knibble your profit a bit or not.

It's a big shop in Europe and they have many reviews online. However, if you are shipping to USA, then expect to get nailed with customs and brokerage fees as well as import duties on goods made in certain countries. Also, in the unlikely event that your product has a manufacturing defect, getting service in the USA might be delayed because of the chain of entities that will need to review the problem and come with a solution and the reluctance of the USA people to want to help out for a product that was purchased from another country. This is just reality.
