Thank you Airush/AK

Postby decay » Wed Nov 30, 2022 1:16 pm

It has been almost 6 years since we started working with the iconic Airush brand.

The team has changed and grown with the development of AK Durable Supply CO and Freewing, but the journey has been one full of energy and passion led by Clinton Filen a man with great ideas and vision.

Not many opportunities could take us away from these brands and this team, but one has come up... so it is time to say farewell, but not goodbye, as there are always opportunities to collaborate in this awesome industry we still find ourselves in.

So long and thanks for all the fish.

Dave and Su Kay

A tube kite performing like a foil kite is needed in our sport. The new material makes it possible.

Not everyone in my age wants to foil...and the ones do will go back to TT once they cut themselves big time...everyone I talk to fears that injury. :D

It's all about options, that one is missing.

And what's possible with this setup I keep showing. Without big injuries.

Toby I don't know anyone who foils who has cut themselves significantly, or anyone who is worried about it. By all means stick with your style and preference but don't discount foiling based on that - there are also safer "less sharp" choices among the many brands and wings now.

The greater risk for most kite foilers is defecting to the wing foil!
