Does anybody have a contact phone number for Pansh? If so, are they easy to deal with? I'm trying to contact them about a purchase that didnt go through

I don't have a phone number. Did you pay through paypal maybe ? I once ordered a kite there in 2016 and I got an error also and used there messaging system on the website within the orders they replied:
hi there, your payment went through without any problem. We will ship your order our as soon as we can and keep you informed for the shipping information.
You can email them I think it doesn't matter both will take the same amount of time till they respond, they prefer email I think.
They replied within 3 hours btw.

Just mail them. Rose translates and forwards everything. Takes some time, but it works. Don't know if it is possible to phone, never wanted to.
I needed support several times over the last few years... It took some time, but always worked out fine in the end.
You can see on their contact page, the don't give a phone number, so I think the don't have one.
