For learning first loops I say the Reach. It is faster and tighter of a loop that is very easy to catch you. The low end is better so the range of conditions to get to learn is improved greater. For someone that is all ready looping then the Orbit is better. It is the opposite of the Reach where the high end is better, jumps higher, and the loops are lower and deeper.
That said it is the same for most other brands. The all around faster kites will be better to learn on vs the more big air oriented kites. It really boils down to personal preference and even brand loyalty. Myself personally I prefer faster kites. I fly Reaches 7/10/12 with a 9 Orbit for the strong days. Tried a 12m Orbit vs the 12m Reach but it was too slow for me. Same reason I switched to the Reach from the XR's. Demoed 12m Rebel SLS a few months ago and did not like it because of how slow it was.
Finally I think the winner is North ORBIT 2023. Thank you!
Yes that would probably be the best kite for your purposes.
Be careful though because there have been numerous reports of orbits 2023 exploding even while flying(always on the same place due to manufacturing fault).
See thread about orbit 2023 on kiteforum.

It's only the 9m. All other sizes are fine.

Oooh! Thank for the advice! I'm going to look for the post
I'm 80 kg. I don't fly anything bigger than an 11 in New Zealand and although it can loop, its not the best. The 10 is probably the highlight size in the Orbit 23 and loops ridiculously well for its size. 8+10 would cover that range although you are gonna be lit as f at 40kt at your weight and might need a 7 storm kite. I currently run 11 (21) - 10 (23) - 9m (23) Orbit. + Eleveight XS V3 8m which loops fantastically as well and out jumps / out hangs the Orbit, but Orbit kills it with lighter bar pressure and loopability in the larger 10+ sizes.

Note: There was a bad batch of dacron affecting a batch of Orbit 9s, but assumption at this point is all will be replaced by warranty
Thank you for your experience!
What do you mean with '10m Orbit 23 loops ridiculously well for its size'? Highlight size??
Anyone knows if I can go with ORBIT and the CORE Sensor bar 2s? (I want to modify the high Y at the power lines)

It loops like a 9.5m Orbit with the power of a 10m. Typically, there is a wide gap in loopability in those two sizes, but it was narrowed a lot this year.
If you take out the Y and make sure the lines are the same length from the bar, yes.
