I have 3 choices when it comes to getting a used light wind kite. I am about 173 lbs (78 kg), and still learning (can do small jumps) and trying to see if I can go in 10 - 12kt winds together with my teen son who would be using a 12m.
If we assume that they are in great shape for their age, what would be your reco based on value (below prices are in USD) and kite performance in light wind?
2015 Cabrinha Contra 15M
$300 - clearly cheap, but a bit older. I have a 12 m cabrinha switchblade which i like
2018 North Juice 15m
$550 - couldn't find many reviews
2020 Crazyfly Hyper 15m
650 - 5 strats so not sure how good it would be in light wind but newer so might perform well. It's also the most expensive of all of them and not sure if compatible with my 2020 North Navigator
I am not looking to get a 17m. Any thoughts would be appreciated - currently, leaning toward the juice as it's at my price range, probably lots of live left.

Contra pulls like hell. Not so good in upwind but great lw kite. I used 2015 and 2016 models a lot couple a years ago.
North Juice more lively then Contra and easier on the bar. Better upwind but not so hard pulling as Contra. I'm talking about North Juice 2017 but I guess not so many changes on the 2018 model.
I will go with the Contra regarding wind range you mentioned.

And North Juice will not be compatible with your North Navigator bar. It's not the sam e North. Juice is North-Duotone and Navigator bar is new north. Juice needs high Y bar and North Navigator is low Y bar.

Any Duotone High Y / Juice will fly fine on North Navigator bar. Not an issue.
IMO go with the Juice or Hyper. Both are solid kites and will get you out in lighter winds.
I wouldn't buy a kite that's 8 years old.

Get that Contra and get line extensions if you don’t have any.
Also you should be able to ride your 12m in 10+ knots, certainly with line extensions preferably on a larger board

Thanks everyone. I can (barely) ride my 12m in 10knots on a larger board, but I want to ride with my teen son (who would be using my 12 and still learning). Teenagers like something today, tomorrow they don't. So I don't want to invest in a kite that I might not be riding much
The guy that has the contra said that the kite hasn't been out of the bag for 5 years (I know, everyone says this).

I don't think many people ride RRD, but I would like to add 2018 RRD passion 15m to this mix, $300 (so same as contra but much newer).

Contra is really old kite from all three, it will be definitely worst of all.
Juice is probably best LW kite from the options. Easiest to resell afterward too

Many people took on foiling and good old LW kites are sitting in the closets. I stopped bringing twintip to our local spot 5 years ago. I sold my 15m Turbine back in 2018. If I didn’t it still would have been quite preserved.
Yet I’d pay attention to plastic and hoses - sometime they dry rot just from being in the storage for years.
Add 10-14m line extensions and try your 12m again. It’ll feel like adding size to your kite. Yet, the 15m will get you riding well under 10 knots
