Jalou also left a few monthes ago.
It is not an easy time for freestyle rider. All the focus is actually on Big Air and with the Olympic Game approaching, the Formula kite rider will receive a lot of attention. Brands are maybe rethinking thier quiver (how many Pulse North sold compare to Reach, Orbit and even Wing ?)

Jalou was for other teme.. (her health)
Freestyle is always complicated... How many C kites you can see in your beach? (except Toby in Cauipe hehe)
Not all the brands have a C kites in her range... But freestyle it's not dead! (I hope Cabrinha show a C kite soon) but its a reality than other disciplines have more riders in the beaches (big air, strapless, foil, wing etc)
But.... The freestyle always will be freestyle

I think in Cauipe you see more freestyle than any other spot in the world

maybe Taiba in peak season.

In Cauipe or Taiba, there are a lot of C kites ... and pro riders training too

I think that North has a very good kite for big air & loops (Orbit) and place this kite of the top ! But the Pulse is not a really good kite for freestyle (Tom Bridge is a good rider but not thanks to his kite

) and not only because it is not a pure C kite. Dice, Dash, FX, FS, etc... seem to have a easier use for unhooked freestyle.

I think it's more economic. Someone said on here previously that the Pulse was only 5% of of kite sales. Even placing second behind Mika every time wasn't helping.

Which is not a shame since Mika is amazing!

Yeah. It's a race for second. Mika would win on wet cardboard with a towel tied to a stick.
