I think if there’s a big long period swell Airton could podium.
He hasn’t had good conditions in kota yet but when it’s proper decent swell he goes as high as anyone else and does all the same moves but strapless
Let’s just hope it’s good conditions over 3m 12 sec swell and 40 knts se then be a proper show

Did something happen to Liam?
He always seems to be in the hunt. Injury?
No more Stig Hoefnagel in Big Air comps... Didn't he get a 2nd place just a few years ago?

Nah, just the nickname of the Great White Shark that has been foreseen to come and create havoc at the event site
Haha. Yes, he is a real person. Was competing at the GKA events, knocked out Cohan and Aaron. Also occasionally referred to as the 'GOAT Killer' because he beat Aaron. Josue San De Carvalho Ferreira is his full name, Brazilian, 17 years old. His Dad's nickname is 'Shark' so naturally, he is 'Baby Shark'. Practically everybody who knows him or not calls him that.

1 - Lorenzo Casati or Andrea Principi
because that the only matchup I want to see
2 - the other one lol
3 - Jamie Overbeek
the best non-italian rider / seems on fire lately
4 - Marc Jacobs
the 5th king...!
5 - Cohan Van Dijk
loosing a heat to Andrea
6 - Jeremy Burlando
's kite looks awesome
7 - Aaron Hadlow
goating again
8 - Giel Vlugt
CAN BE ON THE PODIUM IF...
9 - Edgar Ulrich
needs to proove he is still a big air rider
10 - Baby Shark
doodoo doodoo doodoo
11 - Beto Gomez
putting on a show as usual
12 - Luca Ceruti
with some home advantage
13 - Josh Emanuel
the highest in the room
14 - Airton Cozzolino
awesome as usual
15 - Jason Van Der Spuy
just for the show
16 - Arthur Guillebert
the wakestyle rider
17 - Stjin Mul or Timo Boersema
because gotta close those predictions
18 - the other one lol
I'll put my money on the same names on the podium but can't decide the order really.
I can see Jamie taking advantages of the 2 going at each other.
Andrea is clearly the better of all but he did shit himself last year and seems to put pressure on himself with his trilogy thing.
I jump on my seat if Lorenzo get it back to back, putting Harlem in the competitive brands discussion and making a statement.
And I want to see Giel getting some real jump height on a either on Core XR Pro or Harlem Force. He changed the sport with doubles he deserve this particular title already.
Which one of the North riders is the best ? Only one is already a king.
I can't wait

I put Aaron up there because of his triple loop.
Aaron's megaloop late handle pass in his entry video...
Double late handle pass ?
S loop late handle pass ?
Double contra late handle pass ??
Edgar's Megaloop handle pass to...late handle pass ??

Dude YES
Anything to blind.
Anything to unhooked.
Late handle pass on the second attempt at the trick.

Something about the way Lorenzo flies his kite tied with the way he dives into rotations has me appreciating his style over Andrea.
Wish the judging approach was more transparent than:
Low height + extreme = low score.
Super high + not extreme= low score.
Super High + extreme + technical = high score.
