Flag beach,near Corralejo http://www.flagbeach.com

rene-egly.com is another option but the wind is offshore and gusti not good for beguiners

Last summer El Cotillo at the northwest coast was very nice for kitesurfing. But somtimes the shorebreak is too heavy. One lack, there is no baywatch around the beach.

the people at flagbeahc is very nice but the place isn´t optimal for beginners. i´ve heard sotavento in the south is better.

the beach at flagbeach is kinda rocky.

I learned staying on the board at Flagbeach.
Its okay for a beginner. You have to go out at high tide. During low tide agree, its very rocky.
During high season, the beach is crowded with kiters, windies and sunbathers.
You have to launch the kite and walk through the people. Its a bit scary and dangerous.

the lagoon at Egli is better, but when the typicall wind (NE) is blowing, it is very strong and f***** gusty!!!

Egypt is way better for beginners !
