Same sort of thing was noticed by local grom dan the other day. Took the RRD ST 14 out in about 8-10 knots and had a ball fast steering and couple of power strokes and he was locked in. A couple of weeks earlier he tried a friends 16 Rino and 15.5? (20+) black tip and couldnt get away in simular winds due to the kites been to slow, both in turning and foward air speed.

It seems that faster flying higher preformance kites that builds apparent wind could be the best light wind solution? hopefully i will get the 19 ST in a few weeks and this will get my fat arse away in 8 knots
