PVC Core- HELP NEEDED

Hi,
Does anybody here knows what should be the specifications for PVC core?
What is the preferred weight/M SQ ratio? (Or any other way to measure or title the PVC piece)
I found a local dealer that has PVC's but i am not sure
what exactly should i be looking for?

80 kg/m3 is the pvc I use. I bought it here http://www.polyservice.nl
