Is there any way to separate or "unglue" bladder material that has been exposed to intense heat? I have a bladder with this problem and I tried to separate it with hair dryer heat and it worked, but not in all spots. I think maybe I could do a tiny cut on the bladder and apply a chemical on the inside of the bladder to separate the bonded material. Maybe alcohol would work?
I know I should buy a new bladder but it's an old kite and I can't receive packages where I am.

You could try with talcum powder or if not available baby powder... altho never tried this.

I need to reglue old valves to the bladder and purchased 3M 5200 urethane adhesive sealant but it's not the fast cure version. It's a slow cure version that lasts 7 days to dry. I know there are some "accelerators" sold separately to accelerate the curing process. Anyone know which product would serve the purpose?

Plenty of isocyanate crosslinkers can do the job. Check Desmodur RFE, it's available in small retail packaging

Easiest and best to buy a small tube of fast 5200, rather than try to mess with extra goo additives.

not sure if it's been posted before but i've had so many issues with the plastics parts around the valves on my Norths. i put it partially down to tropical heat making the plastic go brittle, i've seen it happen on kites of various years here in Thailand but a 'well used' 2012 kite form the UK was still perfect. it's a pain in the arse as the valves all move around an bulge out when pumped.
i've had to do this on 4 of my kites so far, cut up an old inflatable into 2.5" discs, 20mm flat bit for the centre, aqua seal and clamped it. worked a treat.
