This is my second board. It was made for a friend who liked my first one (viewtopic.php?f=107&t=2356720). The shape was his idea and was based on F-ONE SK8. I made the fins too.

Hi!
Nice looking board!
What is the core, reinforcements and fins made off?
Did you do the pain job in the end? What kind off finish did you use?

BR,
Miha Z.

The core is Divinycell H80, reinforcements are two cylindrical carbon bars, and the fins are of polyester resin made in a mold. The paint job was done in the end with spray paint.

It looks very professional... How many layers of glass fabric have you put on the board? And what is the density of the fabric?

Thanks Melinero... I put two layers of 330g/m² and one of 130g/m² each side of the board.

Have you made a concave?
And how?

Yes, there is a 3mm concave and it has been generated from the rocker table. I made the rocker table with screws that give it an adjustable characteristic allowing me to choose the concave I want.

Great looking board! How did you get started? Any pointers/books/dvds/articles that you'd point a newb to? Do you have any photos of your adjustable rocker table? That sounds like a great idea. Thanks!!

Thanks Ice1969. I started just reading the forums, but I have already built a windsurf board that gave me some background. Sorry, I don't have another photo of the rocker table now. But you can see it in the forth picture.
