great looking board !! what did you use for graphics? the pads look like production !!! great job !!

THANK YOU ! THE GRAPHICS ARE DIGITAL PRINTED OVER PVC PLASTIC SHEET AND GLUED WITH 3M SPRAY GLUE

great job looks very nice.!!!! any advice how the glass layers efect the flex of the board?
what tecnique you use in order to make your fins? the pads looks production!!!!more fotoz please!

did you glue the graphics to the wood core and then glass on top or you glued on top of glass?
yeahhhhh post more photos the board looks really nice!
this is one of my latest boards, a custom job for a client...I hope you like it...

How is the flex with the 12/18 glass? Building a 1/4 strip poplar core board with epoxi rails. Bull nose 50/50 rails not wraped? Thinking more flex if you don't wrap them together.

THANK YOU ! BALSA WOOD IS FRAGILE ( I DO NOT RECOMED USE THIS WOOD FOR HEVY RIDERS + 70KG ) THE DECK SHAPE IS CONVEX SO THIS GIVES MORE STRANGE TO THE BOARD , THIS BOARD IS EASY TO RIDE AND GOOD FLEX.

FOR FINS I DID A SILICON MOLD

LAY UP : GLUE WITH 3M SPAY 2 SHEET OF GLASS AND CUT THE EXACT SHAPE OF THE FIN , PUT 2 OF THIS INTO THE SILICON MOLD , ONE ON EACH FACE OF THE MOLD FILL WITH EPOXY , PUT ATENTION WITH THE AIR BUBLES, USE A WIRE O SOME THING SIMILAR, USE TH YOUTUBE VIDEO : "making the red fin" IS SIMILAR TO THIS VIDEO

DID YOU USE VACUUM BAG? LAY UP? MATERIALS? SIZE? CONCAVE? THIS IS A GREAT BOARD!!!!

I GLUE THE PVC GRAPHICS ON TOP OF.

the board is cedar core 11mm in the center and about 3 mm on tips , epoxi rails , only one 6 oz layer of glass on each face , and then vaccum bag . The board is as it comes out of the bag , I like the texture of the glass and it makes it less slipery to handle in the water.
30mm rocker and 6mm concave.... I'm happy with the results .. Just need to get better material for graphics.
