I built my own foil. amazing how well it went. Dural aluminum I used. fun!

Very good!
I friend of mine tried to make one from scratch.
When he learned to ride on a production foil, he finally was able to ride it.
But learning with it would have been a huge pain.

You made reference to something which did already work! :thumb:

That's lighter than my commercial foil....and plenty of others. Goes a long way to answering my question from months ago about the relevance or rather irrelevance of minor dings to free ride performance.
