I've playing around with some different wing designs and put this spreadsheet together to help with the sketching. There are a few wing plans in there that I've had a crack and guesstimating from images online. They might be way off but I think are a reasonable start.
There are a few common foil sections in the DB tab with data that I pulled from airtools.com. The Wing Profile tab scales the foil you select to the right length for the rib positions you lay down in the Wing Outline tool. The blue line is the full profile and the red line is the profile y value minus the laminate thickness. This is probably a reasonable estimate of the pre-laminated sections (not perfect but okay). I've been using this to cut templates out of 0.5 mm aluminium sheets like Plummet did when he carved his foil. You could also make up templates for both the pre and post laminated profiles to get the final wing spot on.

Hope its useful

Hey D. !!nice to be back. Haven't built anything for long time but foils have got me very excited about dusting off the vac pump.
Rottnest to Leighton. Very tempting idea. A contingent of DIY foils would be very cool. When is it?

I couldn't find any data file for Tom Speer's H105 foil section so I've tried to trace it out the best I could by putting a jpg behind the plot of the 63-412 profile and adjusting it by eye. Its got a few minor wobbles but nothing a little sanding won't fix. If anyone has a co-ordinate file for the H105 please send me a link or the file and I'll add it in.
The link at the start of the thread points to the latest iteration.
