I thought I should give this an effort for real.

Yeah winduser,
I made a couple formica templates and cut the center out of the board with a hot wire. I cut off the rails and rounded the core a bit.
Next I glassed the core liberally wrapping the rails 3x.
I re assembled the board on put it in a vacuum bag.
BAM!!! Stiff and soft
I think I'm going with a Tuttle box for the novelty and cool factor
My pocket boogie should be engaging for some of my new slower medium and larger wing combos , I hope!

Brilliant. Not 100% sure what you did.
You cut the board up so there was a deck and bottom leaving a Core.. Then cut the rails off the Core.
Then you sanded the edges of the core and laminated glass around it.
Then you glued in back into the middle with epoxy glue and v-bag?
How did you keep the rocker shape?

Yes you got it , the nose rocker was easy to preserve in the bag with a couple bricks
Sadly this board is not ready!
I mounted a long foil and it is not even close to stiff enough just in front of the box. I should have spent a lot more time putting stringers directly attached to the tuttle box, now I have to cut a couple in. The inner blank is not thick enough at the box either. I also think I should thicken the tail at the box to 2 1/4. I think it may still work but a second effort might be necessary for perfect foamy aesthetics and maximum low/high performance.
I am a bit disappointed but I can't solve all the worlds problems first try.

I put 3x 200g uni D cf, 150mm wide on both sides of my latest build and that was bombproof.
Kinda sacrilege to use carbon on a boogie board.....

Yes, about a 30mm thick foam core, I put down a layer of glass hand layup on both sides of my foam to stabilise shape/rocker. The foam is thin in nose. Then I vbag the carbon on each side. I've found its not possible to get the CF UniD consolidated without vacuum. Then I hand layup more glass outside that.
For the boogie, my approach would be glass to stabilise core, the vbag on a ton of CF uni D on each side to make it stiff enough, I'd try 250g x 4 layers x 125 mm wide each side. then a little more cheap glass for transverse strength.
That way a 1000mm wide piece of yåthe uni D can be cut into 8x125mm

Granted the CF will cost you money...
