Last one 107x42 cm was 1685 g without pad. So maybe 1500 g is posible.

Wow, thats light! Just measured the 10.5” finbox. Plastic alone is 107 gr., thats 214 gr. plus Epoxy/filler. I take it you’re not using tracks.

I dont like tracks for 2 reasons. They are heavy and it takes more time to rig foil. And one more - they cost almost as much as 1 meter of cf.

I'd just get 10mm foam and glue 2 of them together with some epoxy /glass balloon mix to form the rocker.
Shape it.
3-4 strips 160-90mm wide 100g UniD each side, then either glass 6ozx 2 each side, or CF weave and one glass each side if you want to splurge. If you do the CF you'll hide the ugly green foam.

Another foiloard for freestyle and jumps, made for ride with straps
135x44 2cm thick, 2.6kg, 9cm scoop-rocker, stiff and durable
construction: paulownia 5mm sheets top and bottom, inside airex 10mm mixed with paulownia reinforcements, fiberglass 160g reinforcement inside layers
3 layers pressed together, finish just coated wood with epoxy, foil mount inserts because much stronger than fin boxes

What is the weight of the board without pads?

That looks really nice, and still light with wood strength.
Super cool.
