Stevez,
How did you build it? Is it hollow with span wize rib/spacers? Then you put in Cork rails?
It looks really ghetto. But what the heck, if it works, then that's what matters!
That one you should call the lunch tray or the cutting board...
Hey Tom,
Yeah that's it - no secrets, it's pretty much as it looks.
I do call it the tea tray
It's a very basic construction, but it does work, and it has allowed me to give it quite an aggressive rocker as you can see.
The nose is about 7cm up with the base plate flat, which is a lot for a board that short. Not sure if I need that much, or if it helps.
I've taken it out once, and happy with it so far.

I like you board. Simple, compact, nice look to the full package.
How long have you been on 75cm mast?

I like how orange/black of the pad meets orange/black of the mast.
Just put this mast together yesterday, after receiving Hoverglide->Moses adapter.
I was riding 71cm Moses mast in OBX from September '17 through October '18 and it was awesome for lightwind and short enough to ride the shallows but I couldn't edge hard on it and flew a bit too low above water. Needless to say 105cm mast spoiled me
in three weeks I'm going back to Rodanthe with 91cm mast and I thought a shorter one, just in case won't hurt. If 91cm will be just fine the 75cm will sit assembled with Fkite and 3'6" Dwarfcraft for demo purposes.

I should pimp pics of another piece of my friend’s production. This one is Dinycell foam. Individually carbon-wrapped and laid in three layers.
37x17x0.75”
165x90mm and 140x90mm (6x total) M8 mast attachment inserts

Any of you guys know of an alternative to US fin box but thinner like 20mm?
through holes are best. If you need adjustment, put in a row of them, 33mm cc
you can also use BigHead inserts, but they cost me 2.50$ each.
3 sets of holes gives same adjustment as 270mm tracks...

What kind of screw head and washer would you use with trough holes? I am looking for a flat washer for a countersink screw head, that could be mounted flat on a board. Meaning if you use a board without thick padding, the screw and washer would not bother you on your feet. Any recomendtion?
With 5mm normal padding anything works for me...

Its a problem without padding. My boards with through holes i have padding 5mm, cut away the padding around hole, then i have big washer under a rounded head hex screw. On this big washer i have a bit of pad glued too.
Then, i use booties and wetsuit shoes all the time, even in during Brazil trips. Its not ideal- but cheap.
If you insist on going with naked deck and feet, then use the bigheads mounted from top into recesses. I cast a plug 25mm dia in blank , then shape a recess for each BH in deck of blank before glassing, glass the whole thing. then i drill out for bighead and glue in bighead from deck side. then a layer of glass over the BH on deck. sand it all out and do finish. totally flat.
But set of 4 BH costs 10 usd. 3- 4 sets starts to add up... but still way cheaper than tracks, way stronger, way lighter

They are generally m5. Have shorter threads. Might work, but dont think it's robust enough.
