Can others maybe chime in with the lengthwise spacing of the holes in their plates?
Thought is was fairly standard the last few years... 165x90

Come on guys. 165x90 and 165.1×88.9 is the same thing. The holes in boards are not accurate to 0.1mm, holes in foil plates typically 0.5-1mm oversize.

Carbon plate is 165*90. Aluminium mast plates are 140/160*90.

You wouldn't be able to go much greener than a wooden board with oiled finish, no epoxy or fibreglass. Something like pauwlonia wood, depending on your location and what wood is available.

@downunder are those hollow wood bodyboards?
can you give me the contact or did you make them?
wondering if this construction type without fiber can take the longterm beating of foiling strapless freestyle without being on the heavy side?
