I have some small scratches on the foil board, it's Kanaha Shapes full carbon (I forgot to remove a ring before kiting).

I'd like to fix it, but I'm not sure what paint to use. Any recommendations?

If you want it perfect, ask the guy who made it.
I would probably just use spray paint myself.
Maybe cover the rails with “helicopter tape”
This kind of damage is likely to recur (if you’re clunsy like me that is.).

I have used Rustoleum Appliance Epoxy spray paint on all of my custom boards. It holds up real well.

That's pretty disappointing. They are painting the board, which is a shortcut.
Wet sand the area with 220-400g to smooth the edges of the piant.
Get a can of Montana Gold spray paint. Then, using a piece of cardboard your hand held 3-5 cm from the board as a mask, lightly spray the area. Thin layers and let dry a few minutes between. you might tape off parts of the board to avoid overspray.
You'll be able to use the rest of the can it to fix it later too, as it's sure to chip off more.
