What’s the easiest way to add a custom screw hole in the area marked for a more forward back strap position to match my narrow stance?

Can the foil move back farther? Then the front strap could also move back.
You have a large tail on the board doing nothing for you and some extra nose might be nice in a touchdown.
NSI has some stick on strap inserts might offer an option.

Yea, looks like you have 250-300 mm to the tail! That is huge. You can put your plate as far back as possible. I build my boards with mast plate 70mm from the tail.

Tom, as you can see, I can only move the front strap back two notches, which will still leave way too wide of a stance for me if I utilized the most forward position of the back strap setting. How hard is it to add an additional screw hole for the back?

Why is your stance so narrow?
Not hard at all if you take it to a shaper and ask them to do it.
I'd move the front straps all the way back if you really insist on having them, then keep moving the foil mounting point back to suit. And widen your stance.

I would go with Kami’s approach. Unless you want the back strap for jumping, you could also try a hook facing forward in the most forward back screw hole.

Then you'll have to widen your stance

I build boards and adding a strap insert and keeping it strong enough for jumping needs work.
Get an insert online. Recommend one of the plastic kind with 2-4 holes in a row. Mark where it will go, route out area that is correct depth + 5mm, and about +10mm all around. Fill that with high density foam, h80 or higher. Then re- route for insert with +1mm around. Glue it in with epoxy and thickener ( microballons work, but fumed silica better). Grind it down, cover the holes and put down 3-4 layers glass patches over it. Then feather that.
So, take it to a professional unless you have all the tools, materials and a few evenings time.

I have the opposite problem instead.
I have to move the mast aft.
this is the position of the steering column with mast moses 101 and 590 with 330.
I would like to use this same board to mount wave 633 with 483.
I could leave the front screws of the mast in the tracks and make two through holes to put the rear screws of the mast.
tips?
