I was thinking the same after cleaning and rehabing a pump. But after feeling how scarred the inside walls were I figured a new seal would fail quickly..

There must be someone who has done it. Seems a shame that one small part goes and everyone is putting them in landfill. Criminal.
Please restore my faith in society or are we truly living in a cleanex throw away society?

Step 1: Get a vernier caliper and measure the old seals.
Step 2: Head over to McMaster Carr and spec out some new seals.
https://www.mcmaster.com/o-rings
Step 3: Buy o-rings on McMaster or find the same part at a local industrial supplier.

If anyone gets the gaskets from mcmaster carr (or any other place) let us know what measurement worked. I probably will buy a spare just to have on hand.

I take this one step further...
I've done this same thing to replace a full set of hydrofoil fasteners when I went on a trip and forgot the original ones at home on the garage floor. A full set of stainless steel fasteners for my foil cost me $25CAD - ON THE ROAD!

When in doubt, check Kiteboarding.com
They almost always have something for repair parts.
