Thanks, I tried to do my best to reach a clean shiny surface.
Can I see your mold for helmet? Looks like a female mold
In this case I simply covered with 3 layers of carbon fiber the foam of a standard helmet (I removed the plastic shell). The helmet is very light.

Now I've done a new one with a mold. As soon as I can I'll do a building video. In the meantime, if you are interested in, you can see the first step that I did for this one, the process is the same.
