Building a series of 5 boards.
2*10mm 75kg Corecell.
Vacuum bagged the layers into a rocker form.
Rest is hand shaped.
Will laminate with uni d CF and twill CF.
They are super thin. Boards are 880,900,1050, 1080 mm long and 430 mm wide.
The two 1080 have wide nose as they are for intermediate riders, the shorter ones for advanced riders with pulled in nose.

Scaling up to go commercial?
Nice work. Wish I was closer and could just buy one from you. I can try to build something myself but it'll be a ton of work for sub-TomW results!

I build 4-5 a year for customers. They have to take what i am experimenting with, but I adjust to their needs. Don't have any more free time.

Promising! Keep posting pictures as you progress please!
What corecell thickness are you using?
I’m planning for a new project this winter and want to use corecell instead of cheap foam for this one to avoid the need for a stringer...

I bought 10mm sheets from easycomposites.co.uk. then glued 2 layers together in a vacuum bag over my rocker form. So only 20mm thick.

Tom these look cool!
Do they spring back from the rocker? What rocker are you using?
I made last year a 140ish board of a sheet of 20mm corecell, had to use heat to form it to about 13cm rocker but got no springback.
Used a “sauna” technique: pouring hot water onto towels on top of blank in rocker table. Best to do outdoors but worked well and no springback (&in theory no residual stress).

I use 20mm corecell as well. And put the rocker in when vacuumbagging the bottom skin. No heat or extra processes neede and no springback either.
