Hello,
based on the perfect design of Infexion bars, I gave it a try and spliced my version of a metall less SFS system.
Long term test is running and will be documented.
Here the implementation.
Mounted bar:
Locking line with SFS and other flying line.
Remark: Look at the spliced interlock at the depower system side at the following picture:
How to mount:
Lockline details:
It is made as smallest possible interlocking brummel splice. To make it nice, use a small wire when tearing it micro. So you keep the inner part nice and sorted. Widen it with a Malspieker after fabrication.

I saw your stuff on the inflexion thread, where I think there may have been a misunderstanding due to language barrier. I have had similar ideas to yourself but have not had a need to test. I am wary of dyneema sliding on dyneema but I don't have any real data.
When I get round to it I will tie off an old pigtail and try to saw through it with a bit of flying line used as a wire saw, maybe this will give me a feel for the problem!

Bycycle foam grips (20mm)
Working for a year now, without tear.
Double sided tape, wetted with nitro let's slip it into position. This gets now a little loose, but still working.
The line handlers of North bars 2010-2012 are fixed with 10mm cap 4mm hole rivet, Alu is good, VA also.

Don't forget that wire saws need tension on both lines.
Which is not the case in our configuration: one line is loose, when safety event occurs.
But send a video how you try to saw a loose line!
.... just kidding...

Yep I realise this will not be very scientific but it might give me some idea of how critical this might be. Oh and I have been in situations where there was definitely tension on every side including in my head but I am not going to do any underwater testing to recreate that scenario. No usable wind for a couple of days so l will see if I can melt something!

Did my workout for tonight. The picture shows a piece of 3mm dyneema which had a loop spliced into it and the end of a flying line that I used to cut through the loop. I put the end of the 3mm piece under my boot and the flying line through the loop. I then sawed vigorously using as much force as my bare fingers could stand. After 60 seconds a smell of heat could be detected and a sign of damage could be seen, I continued and I was through in 4mins 44 secs. If only family visits could be that short.
My conclusions regarding a dyneema flag out organiser is that there could be damage from flagging out but a sensible inspection regime would probably allow you to detect damage before failure under normal circumstances. Personally I would be prepared to use one but you need to know what you are dealing with.
PS the damage to the flying line was much less severe. The likely failure mode from heat generation during flagouts would probably be pigtail failure at the loop, the kite would remain attached to the flying line which would be separated from the bar. But of course there is no guarantee of this.

Isn't it also better to have the line organizer fail instead of the power line? If the power line is still ok you can flagout without problems.

^^Yes.
Even though the piece of flying line was short it was obviously cooling enough not to fail. If anything the test and likely failure mode was reassuring rather than worrying because as already pointed out it would be unusual for the organiser pig to be under a lot of tension during a flag out. Also it took a fair bit of effort to get the heat damaging effect started.
