230daN is quite low for a 1,5 mm SK78 line. The 1mm seems OK, but there is a lot more than max breaking load for racing lines.
Where are you based? From your fav spots it looks like Greece.

I would recommend Liros DC Pro for racing lines.
201 or 161 for steering lines and 301 for power lines if you want to go thin, 301 and 401 for a bit more safety.
Liros is reasonable priced, and really good quality/long life.

Don't go too thin, top riders are pushing so much power that they ride 400-500DaN lines just to keep them from snapping as losing multiple races due to gear failure is more costly than a tiny bit of drag.

Not sure what line these specs come from, but it's not material I'd want to race with, very low performance for diameter.
Check out SK Shapes website, he sells a bunch of race lines. You can buy that material bulk and make your own if you know how to splice.

Also note what Flysurfer is currently using on their race bars. I have one currently I've used 3 times and it is EXCELLENT, best stock race bar you can buy off the shelf.
https://flysurfer.com/project/race-control-bar/
"The particularly slim design of the RACE Control Bar is further enhanced by the aerodynamically designed floaters and flying lines. The low stretch “Deep Black” DC300 front lines are attached to the Ronstan pulley in the center and are built to withstand the enormous amount of force created by hydrofoil racing. The thin DC161 back lines are designed for absolute performance and can be shortened using a knot adjuster underneath the floater. The RACE Control Bar is configured with 12m flying lines and 3m extensions."

Hi, not a pro like evan and co but I refurbished two bars for my own usage,
1.5mm should be stronger, I found cousin (france) line by meter that is 390 daN for 1.5mm, was not too expensive.
Also consider ease to splice, and durability of coating and stiffness / ease to untangle.
Not a racer, more reliability oriented, long freeride/wave sessions.
