Anyone could tell me how many top and bottom layers of 4 oz or 6 oz should a kite construction surfboard have to be under 3 kgs ? Board size 5’5”x18x2 1/8
Planning 2 bottom layers of 4oz and 2 top of 6 oz should i be under the 3 kgs and a reasonable durable board?

3x6 top and bottom for a grown man in hawaii, on good foam. May get away with less if enough patches for fins and feet if you are lighter, ride gently, etc.
