Bb615, if you are talking about a pulley for 4:1 trim, there is a cleat that fits the aerobase that is taller with a transverse tunnel through it as a fairlead so that you don’t need a pulley. It was on the clamcleat website last time I looked.

There is also a Clamcleat with Aero base that has a small hole. On my bars i use it to thread a 1mm line through with a 4mm pu tube around it as a guide for the flagout line. This keeps the flagout line out of the Clamcleat and it is nicely soft and light to not be obstructive in any other way.
Hello Evan,
did you use a dyneema loop inside the Ronstan b20 pulley? If Yes which size? 2/3mm?
Thanks a lot.
I use a 110mm length loop out of sk99 550 1.7mm line:

Bb615, killing time so looked it up. For 4:1 trim you could use aerobase plus CL270 - racing micro with becket.
