I have a slingshot bar with maybe 150 sessons on it so far? The lines are only now starting to show small signs of wear. I took some pics on the best and worst part of the lines. Would you consider this to be little wear?

Rather than just put a wet finger in the air, I study the line by eyeball and feel, to try to estimate the percentage of fibre which is out of place. I then put a wet finger in the air and estimate the loss in strength.
One comforting thought is that in theory the line will break under max load which is the load before the pop. But that is just theory I have seen lines break after getting airborne. Personally I don’t think your lines look too bad, but don’t trust my eyesight with a photo. What are you risking if a line breaks, injury or just a swim.
Is the wear point in the middle, if not is it worth swopping end for end? Is that 150 sunny sessions?

Cant make safety choices for you from a photo but they dont look very worn. Maybe check areas of repeated bending at the pigtails ? Also if the frontlines are very elongated it may be a sign.
