Just for comparison I had a squint at uk eBay. Ropelocker had 100m reels of silvergrey SK75 1mm brk load 195kg for under £61 with free delivery within Uk. Probably not helpful other than for price comparison.

Take a look at
https://www.infexion.eu
They offer brilliantly made lines of many different qualities (mostly from Liros) readily assembled to your needs. Price levels are very resonable.
I was really amazed by the quality and the attention to details (all slopes brummel-locked, very long buries, smooth line ends etc.)

Evan, I was taking a look in infexion's site. It would be good if you could include a photo of the lines finish. Folded and stitched I'm assuming is usually to connect two lines segments (to make a longer line) while sleeve+knot/loop is used to connect to the lines bridles. Am I wrong?

Look here at the product pictures, we only use it on the sk75 lines that are woven in such way that splicing is impossible. It is mimicking a splice so you can have a low profile loop into those lines so you can use them also on modern bars. Sleeves are indeed to connect to the kite and to protect the lines from wear.
On spliced lines it is recommended to use separate pigtails for a more streamlined connection.
Check if they are still in business, last fb post is from 2017 and he came to me to make some lines a few years ago because he didn't have time anymore. I am surprised the site is still online.

BTW, the pigtails from infexion are top-notch quality as well. I´ve ordered two sets from Evan and they´re the best-made pigtails I´ve come across so far.
I am not related to infexion in any way (other than being a customer), just want to praise this shop / company because I am so happy with their products and services. They really know what they´re doing!

+1 for Infexion. Good stuff great service. Used them a little over a year ago for 23m custom naish lines. Very pleased with the result, top notch quality and a perfect fit. Instead of buying a new bar I will just buy new lines from them for about a third of the price.

Learning to splice is easy. Getting the whole process right and a perfect end result is not.
+1 for Evan for his meticulous work on kite lines and control systems.
He's one of not many having own test jig and most importantly studying each line he uses as regards splicing, loop, knot strengths. If you follow his posts here, you'd know that splicing is not the best option for each and every line construction. Something not very clear even for some of big names in the industry.
But if you are on low budget and have plenty of time to spare - go ahead!
And make sure you read first what's already posted here on the topic and pay attention to these 3 points:
- preloading/stretching the lines
- taper of the splice bury
- shortening of the line when spliced
