So I thought why not making something!
p
Need to finish it, a bit of strap, etc
Black fabric is from Skins compression bag. Soaks water as hell. Blue fabric is ripstop.
enjoy

Why not ... gloves?
There are already many gloves available for sailing / water sports that work really well and you can get them with the finger tips cut off (although I find they cut off too much).
I personally always wear gloves when kiting:
- to give me better grip on kite lines when self rescuing
- to protect my fingers from getting pinched by kite lines or the center of the bar
- to protect the skin on my hands from getting blisters from the bar
I buy full finger gloves then cut just the very tips off the index finger and thumb then sew the seams so they don't unravel.

Thanks, the glove you talking about is on a pic.
I do not like gloves simply coz they take water. Will see about Ripstop.

On the side note, the Sun here is unforgivable. But, it is not enough to visit here and make a judgement.

Eh you’re all crook and so’s your island, so what’s the problem?!
Like the glove/sleeve effort tho, if you get it right maybe it can double as a webbed paddling glove…

Yep, that's what I'm thinking. Impossible to find ripstop gloves.

Now seriously - isn't ripstop too stiff for a glove. And I hope you don't mean canopy ripstop new with coating on?!
If your main issue is water absorption why don't you try some polyprop fabrics?
Like this one Helly Hensen use since ages.
