Does anyone have a 3D printer file they can share of bar ends for a custom carbon bar? I'm looking for something simple that pops on to the bar. Meaning the bar will go inside the bar end thingy.
BTW, my bar is 22mm outside diameter and 20mm inside.

Don’t know if they are any good.

Funny, I just found them too. They are too large in diameter. I'm going to try my hand at modifying them. But I lack the 3D CAD knowledge. If someone has files for a 22mm bar, even better!

You can make them smaller in Cura you just need to calculate the percentage smaller that you need. Or you can put tape one the bar if it's just a tiny bit too small I have done that while building my own bars I use hockey tape. Those look good printed with PETG 100% infill they should be pretty tough. I might try them.

I usually ask the author for the source CAD file when I need to make some small changes
When the file is not available, I try a mesh to solid body convertion using Fusion360

Another option is to print some sleeves to make them fit (id 22mm, od 25mm)
Pretty simple to do in something like google sketchup, if you have limited cad skills?

Did you use them to attach the leader lines to as well, or just as line winders? Please explain how you used them and how it worked out.

All good ideas so far. I did manage to calculate % of the original and it will probably work. Just thought maybe someone has another version handy. Maybe even a bit less material so print job would be smaller and result in less weight. If no one has better files, I'll try these I guess.
BTW: How did you guys drill the holes into the carbon bar to secure the end pieces? Regular drills and just start with small? I would think I pop a cork into the tube so the wall is supported and put tape on the outside to prevent splintering. Any other suggestions?
I plan on using pop rivets in stainless. I think this would work.

Regular drills will be fine, so long as they are sharp. Might not be very sharp by the time you’ve finished though.
If you’re going to use pop rivets, it might be worth using a washer on the inside to ensure the carbon doesn’t shatter.
